To be a Live Video presenter at the conference, the following steps and requirements must be met:

    Presentation Day

    • The Google Meet link and other details will be sent to your registered email ID 10 days prior to the conference, allowing you to prepare accordingly for your presentation.
    • Each oral presentation is 9 minutes long—7 minutes for presenting the research and 2 minutes for audience questions and discussion. Ensure clarity in explaining the problem, approach, and results.

    Post-Conference Documents
    • After the presentation and conference conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference Certificate of Presentation within 15 days from the conferene date.
    • The physical conference documents will be mailed to your address within 30 days after the event, once the soft copy has been verified and accepted.

Requirements for Virtual Presentations

To ensure a smooth and professional presentation, the following technical and environmental requirements should be met:

  • Laptop or Desktop with Webcam, Microphone, and Headset for clear audio and video.
  • Use an updated Chrome browser for optimal performance.
  • Virus protection software must be disabled before starting the presentation, as it may block access to the webcam.
  • A bright and calm environment is essential, with a professional background that enhances the quality of your presentation.
