To be a Live Video presenter at the conference, the following steps and requirements must be met:
- The Google Meet link and other details will be sent to your registered email ID 10 days prior to the conference, allowing you to prepare accordingly for your presentation.
- Each oral presentation is 9 minutes long—7 minutes for presenting the research and 2 minutes for audience questions and discussion. Ensure clarity in explaining the problem, approach, and results.
- After the presentation and conference conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference Certificate of Presentation within 15 days from the conferene date.
- The physical conference documents will be mailed to your address within 30 days after the event, once the soft copy has been verified and accepted.

- Virus protection software must be disabled before starting the presentation, as it may block access to the webcam.
- A bright and calm environment is essential, with a professional background that enhances the quality of your presentation.
